Established in 2019, it is located in Donggang Village, Zhuangwei Township, on the left bank of the estuary of Lanyang Creek. It grew out of the ruins of smoky grass and dilapidated ruins. It was developed by using driftwood from the seaside and various wastes found after cleaning up the ruins. Various works of art, cultural and creative products, and also develop waste handmade DIY, allowing tourists to make their own “waste”.
